Protein Matcha
This protein matcha is the perfect way to start the day. Matcha has so many amazing health benefits including being high in antioxidants, boots brain function and has slow release energy. I love taking mine on the go in our Healthy Kelsi Smoothie Tumblers.
Ingredients
1 cup soy milk
2 tbsp Second Nature protein powder of choice
1 tsp matcha powder
Method
Whisk together the matcha with a few tbsp of water.
Add the milk and protein powder to a protein shaker and shake until smooth.
Pour into a glass with ice and top with the matcha. Stir to combine.
