Banana Bread Baked Oats
This is literally like having cake for breakfast. The perfect high protein, sweet delicious meal. You can really add any extras that you like, chocolate chips, blueberries, nuts ect.
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp French Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 banana
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup plant based milk
3 tbsp chocolate chips
Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Add all of the ingredients (excluding the chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a ramekin, top with the chocolate chips and bake in the oven for 20-15 minutes until lightly golden.
Serve with yogurt or plant based milk.
