Wild Blueberry Chia Pudding
This easy chia pudding has been a fan favourite for as long as I can remember. It’s perfect for a quick on the go breakfast thats easy to whip up the night before as well as being healthy, effortless protein packed.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups plant based milk
1/2 cup wild blueberries
4 tbsp French Vanilla Protein Powder
6 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup yogurt of choice
Handful fresh blueberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
Method
Add the milk, wild blueberries and French Vanilla Protein to a blender and blend until smooth.
Tip into a bowl and add the chia seeds. Mix well to combine and leave in the fridge overnight.
The next morning add the chia pudding to a bowl along with the granola, yogurt, fresh berries and maple syrup.
