Protein Brownies
The best protein brownies you’ll ever make! We’re heading to the Go Green Expo next month so wanted to create some tester baking and they turned out so delicious we had to share the recipe.
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup double choc fudge protein powder
2 heaped tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp plant based milk
2 flax eggs, 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds with 6 tbsp water
2/3 cup coconut sugar, or any sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips / chopped chocolate
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a brownie tin with baking paper.
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine. Pour into the lined brownie tin and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Leave to cool before slicing.
