Banana Protein Balls

It’s no secret we love a high protein treat and these bananas protein balls are a favourite on rotation at the moment. Perfect for a weekly meal prep!

 

 

 

1 cup oats, blended into flour

1 cup almond meal

1/2 cup Second Nature French Vanilla Protein Powder

1 banana

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Plant based milk if needed

80g dark chocolate, melted

 

Add the oats, almond meal, protein powder, banana, coconut sugar and cinnamon to a food processor and blend until everything is combined. Add a little plant based milk if needed. Blend again. 

Roll into golf ball sized balls and place on a tray or plate. 

Top each ball with a little melted chocolate and store in the fridge.
